Since the launch of Glamourgirlz, our goal has always been to help our readers find their healthy — because health is hard, and there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution to, well, anything.
While veganism may work for some, others may prefer Paleo or having ice cream every day (our personal favorite). And while some love running and regular weight lifting, others may struggle to get to a yoga class or squeeze in that weekend walk. And that's OK!
Our job is to inform you about all the awesome and realistic options out there for getting and staying healthier, and also to keep you inspired. A large part of that is sharing your journeys — stories by real people who are working to become healthier and happier, day by day. From struggles with eating disorders and exercise addition, to sorting through the causes of body image issues, we love hearing from you and sharing your stories with our audience.
So this year, for our third birthday, we want to celebrate by focusing on YOU.
