Dr. Megan Jones is a psychologist, mental health advocate, and entrepreneur. She's Chief Science Officer of Lantern, an on-demand app and web-based program that combines quick daily exercises with personal coaching to improve people’s emotional well-being. Megan’s an expert in prevention and early-intervention for mental health problems, specifically interested in anxiety, eating disorders, mood, and relationships. Her work with leading international researchers focuses on using technology to make mental healthcare more accessible. Megan likes to always have at least one hobby that she can’t be perfectionistic about. Right now those are swimming and learning German. She's terrible at both, but enjoying them immensely.
