Sharing my passion for fitness and creating a boutique personal training and group fitness facility in NYC was always a dream of mine. It wasn’t until I was in graduate school that I began to envision myself making that my reality. My philosophy on fitness is based on the 4 F’s; The Fundamentals (exercise, nutrition, and recovery), Function of exercises, Form of movement and having Fun while you do it. At my NYC-based location , we are always raising the standard and adding to our strong community that coined the phrase: "Alone Strong, Together Stronger." I am always looking for ways to both learn and share my knowledge in the fitness industry to make peoples' lives better.
